NON-USA Triathlon Members:  A fee will be added to registration costs, to cover the cost of a one-day USA Triathlon license for every participant. The fee for Adults (persons aged 18 in the current year) will pay $15. Youth, ages 17 and under (in the current year) are offered the annual license at a cost of $10.

Registration is limited to the first 400 participants (may be adjusted one month out, based on ordering finisher awards). Registration normally closes early so please plan accordingly, and register early.

This is event is promoted by both BuDu Racing, LLC and the Chamber Collective. It is a great partnership.

• BuDu Racing, LLC will allow a refund up to one month prior to the event minus a $10 processing fee (the online registration fee is nonrefundable).

		Sprint AquaBike-Swim and Bike course (will finish when crossing the transition entrance mat, walk to the finish to capture a photo finish)

The swim is a waist level water start, with expected water temperatures of 68-72. The bike course is on rural roads. The run is on paved roadways.

• Age Groups: under 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34...65-69, 70 & over
• Athenas (women >165 lbs.) and Clydesdale (men >220 lbs.)
• Relays
• USA Triathlon Rules enforced. This includes wearing a HELMET at ALL times when on your bike. No headsets are allowed on course.

Early in the week prior to the event, you should receive a confirmation email that lists your bib number and registration email.  PLEASE, make every effort to pick up your packet early.

Packet Pick-Up Week of the Event

• At BuDu Headquarters (Auburn/Federal Way) by appointment only (email Deanna@BuDuRacing.com to schedule)
• Wednesday: 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Corpore Sano PT (parking lot) in Kenmore
• Thursday: 4:00pm to 7:00pm at BuDu Headquarters (Auburn/Federal Way-this is a neighborhood, so please park appropriately)
• Friday: 5pm to 7:00pm at Allan Yorke Park (7265 W Tapps Hwy E Bonney Lake, WA 98391)
• PLEASE AVOID THIS OPTION. Saturday: 6:30am to 7:30am at Allan Yorke Park 

Transition

• There is only one transition area, and it will open the morning of the event at 6:30 and be monitored by volunteers at 7:15. 

Start Times:

• At 8:00am: Olympic Distance Swim Wave
  • AquaBike will start in the wave indicated by thier swim cap
• 8:15-30am: Sprint Distance Swim Wave (Will start once the Olympic swim is completed)
  • AquaBike will start in the wave indicated by thier swim cap
  • Sprint Duathlon will start across the street from the swim beach with the first Sprint swim wave

Course Closure:

• Course will close at noon. Course marshalling and official timing will stop at this time. Please sign up for the course you can complete.
