Series Award Celebration and Cash Purse
BuDu and Securite' Luxury Gun Club will have the series ending awards ceremony at this event. We will also have a cash purse for this event, and it will be for the Overall 1/2/3 Cat 1 Male $150, Overall 1/2/3 Cat 1 Female $100 (offered with a field of 10), Overall 1/2/3 Cat 2 Male $150, Overall 1/2/3 Cat 2 Female $100 (offered with a field of 10). Put it on your calendar and come on out!!

We will have day of event registration onsite (cash and check, if cell reception allows we will have Square available) online registration is available until 8am the Saturday before the event at the following link:

About this Event
The West Side Mountain Bike Series has been going on for 12 years! It has grown each year and we are excited for the 2017 series, as we are utilizing more new trails. Come on out and have some fun!!!

Lapped Riders
If a participant is lapped by the lead rider, you will will finish on the same lap as the leader. On the final results it will indicate you are one lap down. The results posted onsite will show a time penalty instead of being down a lap, but will be adjusted for the final results.

Please remember that courses are tentative and may be adjusted on race morning. Course as of 5/16/17. The start loop is 1 mile and then the course loop is 2.9 miles.

Day of race opens at 8:00am the morning of the event, at the race location.

This is a non-sanctioned event , so no license is required. You do need to check in at the registration table, otherwise you are not considered a participant. PLEASE DO NOT START THE RACE WITHOUT CHECKING IN, or you may be disqualified.

Series Passes and 5 Passes are good for all 8 events (as appropriate), this includes the event at Swan Creek. Unused passes are not transferable or refundable.
Refund Policy
- Once you have registered and start riding the course, you are part of the event, NO refunds will be issued once you start the event.
- If you have pre-registered and need to request a transfer please send an email to Info@BuDuRacing.com at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
BuDu Racing, LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to issues beyond their control, such as something weather related. BuDu Racing, LLC will do what they can to accommodate each person who has pre-registered by allowing a transfer to another event, when appropriate.

| We will be taking $1 from each registration and adding that to a pool for the series ending payout the bigger the numbers, the bigger the payout. The promoter reserves the right to change categories, places, and prize list based on participation. While this is not a USCF/NORBA event, rules will be enforced. This includes wearing a HELMET at ALL times when on your bike. | |
Category Description
- Cat 3 (Beginner)=relatively new to MTB Racing
- Cat 2 (Sport)=rides comfortably w/ speed
- Cat 1 (Expert)=Accomplished at MTB
- Single Speed=riding a bike with one gear
- Clydesdale =Men over 210 lbs
Transfers to a different Category
Transfers to a different category (moving up) are allowed with points transferring, but must take place before the 5th race. No transfers will be allowed after the 5th event. No transfers will be allowed after the 5th event. In order to be in contention to win a Series Placing, you must have competed in at least 3 of the category events you are placing in. If you transfer down a category, your points will NOT transfer. You can request to be transferred to a category by emailing Info@BuDuRacing.com or talking with one of the registration staff members.
Event Awards
We will be awarding medals for First, Second, and Third finishes in each category and division (as appropriate) at each event. You need to pick up your medal, they will not be mailed.
